■ 宿泊に関する一般的規則

・宿泊予約(登録)されたお客様、人数でご利用ください。

・ペットは、ゲージ持参でテラスもしくは玄関のみOK。部屋への持ち込み厳禁です。

・反社会的勢力等、公序良俗に反すると認められる場合は、ご利用をお断りします。

■ チェックイン

・チェックインは15時〜19時の間でお願いします。予約の時間に遅れる場合はお早めにお知らせ下さい。

■ チェックアウト

・チェックアウトは当日の10時までにお願いします。

■ インターネット

・部屋にWi-fiがあります。SSIDとパスワードはお部屋に表示してあります。

■ スイッチ

・使用していない家電製品の電源は切り、照明は消してください。

・外出時やチェックアウト時に、電気をつけっぱなしにしないでください。

■ 鍵

・滞在中当施設からお出かけの際は、必ずすべてのドアと戸に施錠をお願いします。

■ タバコ

・タバコは、室内禁煙です。屋外の決められた喫煙スペースでお吸い下さい。

■ キッチン

・水道の水は飲むことができます。

・屋外テラスの沢水は飲むことができません。

・冷蔵庫はご自由にお使いください。その場合、あなたの食品には名前を書いてください。

・調理器具は使って大丈夫です。

・食器は使って大丈夫です。使った食器は必ず自分で洗ってください。

・ゴミは分別して出してください。燃えるゴミとカンビンペットボトルは別けて下さい。

■ 屋外テラス・石窯・鉄板焼き

・石窯、ロケットストーブ、たき火ドラムは、事前に予約してください。

・焚火をする時はバケツに水を必ず用意してください。山火事の危険があります。

・予約された方は、屋外テラス・石窯・鉄板焼き用の食器・調理器具を使うことができます。

  • 木工体験

・木工体験は、事前に予約してください。

・ご希望の作品に合わせた道具を用意し、料金を設定します。

・道具は、壊したり持ち帰ったりしないでください。壊した場合修理費用を請求します。

■ 共有スペース

・ホスト室とスタッフ室以外の部屋と屋外テラスは共有エリアです。お客様は利用できます。

■飲食スペース

・飲食は、キッチン・リビング及び屋外テラスでのみお願いします。

■ お風呂

・キッチンにある灯油給湯器のスイッチをONにし、温度設定を60度にしてからお風呂で湯の温度調整をしてください。

・シャンプーやコンディショナー、ボディソープはご自由にお使いください。

・水やお湯を出しっぱなしにしないでください。

・お風呂から出たら、バスタオルでしっかり体を拭いてから部屋に戻ってください。

■ 洗面所

・水やお湯を出しっぱなしにしないでください。

・ドライヤーは、洗面所で使ってください。部屋にもっていかないでください。

■ トイレ

・男子小以外のトイレは、座って使用してください。

・トイレは綺麗に使ってください。

・トイレットペーパーは、便器の中に捨ててください。日本のトイレはトイレットペーパーを流せます。

・トイレにトイレットペーパー以外のもの（ガムやタバコ等の異物）は流さないでください。

・トイレットペーパーは節約してください。

・もし酷く汚してしまった場合は、ご自分で掃除をしてください。

・トイレットペーパーのストックを持っていかないでください

■ ふとん

・ふとんの上で飲食しないようお願いします。

・ふとんの上で飛び跳ねたりしないでください。

・ふとんで寝る以外の行為をしないでください。

・シーツやマットレスを汚さないように気をつけてください。

■ 家具

・客室で飲食をしてもかまいません。しかし、もし布団やカーペットを酷く汚してしまった場合、クリーニングが必要になります。そのため、1枚３，０００円の代金を頂戴します。

・家具を汚したり傷などをつけないように注意して使ってください。

・棚などを開けたりしないでください。

■ マナー

・パスポートのコピーを取らせてください。これは日本の民泊の規則です。

・靴は玄関で脱いで入ってください。

・畳及びフローリングの上でキャリーバックを引かないでください。

・宿泊者以外は部屋に入れないでください。

・近所の迷惑になることはやめてください。

・ドラッグを持ち込んだり使用したりしだいでください。

・部屋の中でお香を焚いたり、匂いが強いものを撒くのはやめてください。

・部屋にあるものは持ち帰らないでください。

■ その他

・部屋の物を破損、過度に汚した場合は弁償してもらう可能性があります。

・わからないことや困った事があればいつでもメッセージしてください。

■ General rules for accommodation

・Please use according to the number of guests who have made a reservation (registered).

・Pets are not allowed.

・Use will be refused if it is deemed to be anti-social forces or violate public order and morals.

 

■ Check-in

Please check in between 15:00 and 19:00.

 

■ Check out

Please check out by 10:00 on the same day.

 

■ Internet

・There is Wi- Fi in the house and on the outdoor terrace , so you can use it. The SSID and password are posted in your room.

 

■ Switch

・Turn off the power to home appliances that are not in use and turn off the lights.

・Please do not leave the lights on when going out or checking out.

 

■ Key

・When leaving the facility during your stay, please be sure to lock all doors.

 

■ Tobacco

・Smoking is completely prohibited.

 

■ Kitchen

・You can drink the water from the tap.

・The stream water on the terrace is not disinfected.

・Please feel free to use the refrigerator. If so, please write your name on your food.

・It is okay to use cooking utensils.

・You can use the tableware. Please be sure to wash the dishes you have used.

・Please separate your garbage before disposing of it. Please separate combustible garbage and plastic bottles.

 

 

■ Outdoor terrace/stone oven/teppanyaki

・Please make a reservation in advance when using the stone oven, rocket stove, or bonfire drum.

・Be sure to have water in your bucket. There is a risk of wildfire.

・Those who have made a reservation can use the outdoor terrace, stone oven, and teppanyaki tableware and cooking utensils.

 

  • Woodworking experience

・Please make a reservation in advance for woodworking experience.

・We will prepare the tools according to your desired work and set the price.

・Please do not destroy or take the tools home. If it is damaged, we will charge repair costs.

 

■ Shared space

・Rooms other than the host room and the outdoor terrace are common areas.

 

■Food space

Please eat and drink only in the kitchen, living room, and outdoor terrace .

 

■ Bath

on the kerosene water heater in the kitchen and set the temperature to 60℃ before adjusting the temperature of the water in the bath.

・Please feel free to use shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

・Do not leave water or hot water running.

・When you get out of the bath, please wipe your body thoroughly with a bath towel before returning to your room.

 

■ Washroom

・Do not leave water or hot water running.

・Please use the hair dryer in the washroom. Please don’t go to your room.

 

■ Toilet

・Please sit while using the toilets other than the boys’ elementary school.

・Please use the toilet cleanly.

・Please throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl. Japanese toilets allow you to flush toilet paper.

・Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper (foreign objects such as gum or cigarettes) down the toilet.

・Please save on toilet paper.

・If it gets very dirty, please clean it yourself.

・Please do not bring a stock of toilet paper with you.

 

■ Futon

・Please do not eat or drink on the futon.

・Please do not jump up and down on the futon.

・Please do not do anything other than sleep on the futon.

・Please be careful not to soil the sheets or mattress.

 

■ Furniture

・You may eat and drink in your guest room. However, if your futon or carpet becomes severely soiled, cleaning will be necessary. Therefore, we will charge you 3,000 yen.

・Please use with care to avoid staining or damaging the furniture.

・Please do not open shelves etc.

 

■ Rules

・Please allow us to photocopy your passport as this is the basic requirement for private lodging in Japan.

・Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering the room.

・Please avoid dragging or pulling your bags in the tatami mats. Please carry it.

・Please do not allow anyone other than guests to enter the room.

・Please refrain from causing a nuisance to the neighbors.

・Please do not have parties or play loud music in your room.

・Please do not take/bring anything which you do not own.

・Please refrain from burning incense or scattering anything with strong odors in your room.

・Please do not take anything from your room home.

・There are residential buildings nearby, so please do not make noise or play loud music outside.

 

■ Others

・If you damage or excessively stain items in the room, you may be asked to pay for the damage.
